These terms govern your use of the Vialy app ("Vialy", "the app"), published by Crascodes ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where the two differ, these terms add to it for Vialy.
Vialy is a personal tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing or stopping any medication or compound. If you think you are having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Vialy. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to any substance you track. Vialy does not sell, supply or endorse any compound.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your device secure. You keep ownership of your content; you give us permission to store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete account.
The assistant and the meal and label scanners use AI. Their output can be inaccurate. Check important details yourself, and don't enter information you don't want processed as described in the Privacy Policy. Fair-use limits may apply.
Don't misuse the app: no reverse engineering, scraping, interfering with the service, getting around usage limits or paywalls, or using it to break the law.
The app, its design, content and the Vialy name and mascot belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; nothing else is transferred.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that estimates or AI answers will be accurate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any harm arising from health decisions made using the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory consumer rights.
We may update the app or these terms. If changes are material we will let you know in the app; continuing to use Vialy means you accept them. You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
